Tri-Kris is a family owned precision machine shop that has been meeting and exceeding the needs of customers for more than sixty years. Our extremely qualified workforce and 16,000 square foot facility allows Tri-Kris to maintain quality manufacturing capabilities while keeping up with the demand of all our customers.

The Tri-Kris staff has grown to target their expertise in three main areas:
designing and creating prototypes, repairing existing components, and can run 1 to 10,000 piece production lots.

With a close knit work environment our supervisors and other employees work hand-in-hand to make sure that every final product is exactly what the customer asked for.

We also maintain a healthy business relationship with our suppliers, which allows us to offer some of the most competitively low prices in the area.

Tri-Kris can repair your existing parts. We may recommend stronger, more suitable materials so that they will last longer. Tri-Kris can reverse engineer from an existing part or work from your sketches.

Over the years, Tri-Kris has built outstanding relationships with our material vendors to ensure the best quality, price, and timely delivery. We have 2 auto-feed production saws. Some of the materials we've worked with include: steel, alloy steel, tool steel, cast iron, aluminum, bronze, brass, 300 and 400 series stainless steel, 17-4, 13-8, 18-8, duplex stainless, monel, inconel, hastalloy, titanium, stellite, tantalium and zirconium.

Are a Tri-Kris specialty. We machine thousands of castings a year. We have machined castings that weigh up to 2000 lbs. We've worked with cast iron, ductile iron, steel, brass, aluminum, monel, hastalloy, stainless steel, inconel and many other alloys. Tri-Kris can hydro test your castings before and after we machine them. We can machine your castings or we can purchase, machine, paint, test and assemble to supply you with a finished product saving you time and money and simplifying your purchasing process.

Weldments & Fabrications

Tri-Kris has made weldments up to 8000 lbs. We have available certified and code welders. We can weld, stress relieve, machine, heat treat, and paint your weldments.

Inspection

Inspection

Tri-Kris has a climate controlled inspection room fully equipped with a CMM, optical comparator, hardness tester, surface profilometer, machinist microscope, gage blocks, inside and outside micrometers up to 24", thread plug and ring gages. We employ a full time inspector who does first piece inspection, in process inspections and final buy offs. We can furnish C of C's as well as 100% inspection reports if required.

Inhouse Processing, Engineering, and Programming allow Tri-Kris to hold the tightest tolerances. Value added services include—passivating, anodizing, alodine, nickel, chrome, zinc, armoloy, teflon, painting, powder coating, dye penetrate, mag particle, x-ray, mechanical testing, balancing, heat treating, nitriding, hydrotesting, vacuum impregnating, micro polishing, silver solder, certified and code welding.
